Absence forms will be reviewed by coaches promptly after team placements. If dates on this form clash with magic dates or fail within three weeks lead up period to a competition these may not be accepted by coaches. Team choreography

Each team at Magic will have 1 to 2 team, choreography days. Athletes MUST attend these choreography days for their teams.

Choreography dates will be communicated well in advance, after team placements and when teams have been full set.

Use of photography / filming

As part of our development programme and routine and skills update, we regularly videos stage s of routine and training which is then put up on our private facebook group. The reason for this is to manage progress and mos importantly for the athletes coming in and out of various routines, or if changes have been made or new dances / stunts choreographed, of all athletes can use them to study, train, practice  between training sessions.

In addition we take pictures at competitions and on occasions at training. These are only for internal use or should the need arise PR or fund raising material. Authorised photography will only be a member of the Magic Allstars Team or authorised personnel.

As you can imagine having just one child for example  who does not want authorised images taken would be nearly impossible to manage and police therefore we need permission from all parents / athletes that are over 18 years of age
